The built-in carry handle combined with the 20.5 pound lightweight construction makes it easily portable, allowing you to carry it around the office, at home, and on the go with no trouble. Place the mini exercise bike onto any floor surface and use the slip-resistance rubberized suction cups to keep it firmly in place when cycling.
It uses a silent magnetic resistance system, with 8 levels to choose from via the black tension control knob built into the frame at the front. The 7-inch stride length is longer than other comparable bike choices, giving you a more efficient and comfortable workout experience.
The LCD tracks speed, distance, time, and calories burned. It also has a scan function allowing you to change the metric you want to measure.
The non-slip pedals include adjustable straps which also double as handlebars, giving you the option to use the bike as a full-body cardio workout.
